Payments
This policy applies if optional tip payments are enabled in the future. Payment processing is not currently enabled.
Tips are voluntary payments made for information and content that Where Horses Run has already provided free of charge. A tip does not purchase physical goods, paid membership, betting services, predictions, or entitlement to future content.
A correctly processed tip is a voluntary payment for content already provided, so cancellation or a refund after payment is not automatically guaranteed. If you would like a refund, use the Contact page. We will review the circumstances and handle the request in accordance with applicable law and the payment processor's rules.
If we confirm a duplicate payment, an unintended payment amount, or another technical payment-processing error, we will refund the affected payment or the amount processed in error.
If you do not recognize a payment, do not send card numbers or authentication information. Contact us promptly through the Contact page so the payment can be investigated and any relevant payment-processor procedure can be explained.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time before a refund appears can vary by payment provider and financial institution.
